FOR ALL DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS:
Bliss Extra will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team at email@example.com for returning procedures. Please note that all returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS:
Please keep in mind that all Bliss Extra products (even standard size dresses, ties) are made to order to help reduce waste and keep prices low for our customers. Therefore, if you need to return an order simply because you don’t like it, we can only refund you 70% of the order value. However, items on “Best Price” are only eligible for a 50% refund of the order value.
FOR ALL CUSTOM FIT ORDERS:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hip, height, mid-shoulder-to-bust, hollow-to-hem and etc.). Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom size dresses. Make sure you triple check all your measurements and color choice! However, we do offer reimbursement up to 30% of the dress price for local alternations of your custom size dresses.
FOR ALL FABRIC SWATCHES:
All fabric swatches are final sale. No returns or exchanges for any reason.
